Mr. Lackey served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Passport Health Communications and Enablecomp, both of which were SSM portfolio companies.

Mr. Lackey is a veteran healthcare executive with over 40 years of experience in the payer, provider and information technology sectors. From 2009 until 2017, Mr. Lackey served as Chief Executive Officer of Enablecomp. Following the company’s recapitalization in 2017, he became the company’s Chairman, a position in which he still serves. From 1996 until 2009, Mr. Lackey served as Chief Executive Officer of Passport Health Communications and later served as Chairman through the company’s sale to Experian in 2013. Prior to Passport Health Communications, Mr. Lackey held executive roles at Focus Health Management, Coventry Corporation and HealthAmerica. Mr. Lackey currently serves on the boards of Omnia Partners, HarmonyHIT, and The Nashville Capital Network. He is Executive Chairman on the boards of Complete Holdings Group (parent of Enablecomp) and SSM Portfolio Company Mnet Health, and previously served on the boards of Passport Health Communications, Parental Health, PharmMD (now AdhereHealth), PatientFocus and Concert Genetics.
